Enrollment Requirements:

All attendees enrolling at 360Lash Academy are required to have a cosmetology or esthetician license. If you are currently enrolled in cosmetology or esthetic school, you can enroll in a 360Lash course, but you must show documentation & be licensed to practice and offer eyelash extension services on your own. 

All 360Lash enrolled students are solely responsible and required to arrange one live model (a client, friend, relative, or any person age 18 years or older) to participate in the hands-on application training on day two of the course. At 360Lash Academy, we highly recommend that you have at least one backup model.

Payment:

Full payment of the course is due at least 6 days before the course date. Payment can be made through the website or over the phone. If the full payment is not received 6 days prior to the course date the student will forfeit their seat and need to re-schedule for another course on a later date. 

Classes are non-refundable but can be transferred once to another course on a later date.
